Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel’s business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, maintaining a fair and inclusive workplace.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, productivity, and retention rates.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and optimize workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
