Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of baristas and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any guest concerns professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in the café.
- Train and mentor new hires, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales reporting.
- Maintain the café’s cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotions, events, and menu updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, preferably in a café or coffee shop.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for coffee and a deep understanding of specialty brewing techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is advantageous.
