Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take and process customer orders accurately using our POS system.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to HOKBEN's standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, dining area, and kitchen.
- Assist in stocking and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision and honesty.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain high standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for hospitality.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to HOKBEN's service standards.
