This full-time position offers a competitive salary of IDR 6,000,000 – IDR 7,000,000 per month, along with the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, rewarding industry. Responsibility
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all restaurant areas, including dining spaces, kitchens, and storage areas.
- Wash, dry, and properly store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to hygiene standards.
- Assist in the proper disposal of waste and recycling materials in compliance with local regulations.
- Support kitchen staff by preparing ingredients, restocking supplies, and organizing workstations.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and used efficiently.
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols to uphold health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation practices, and food safety standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Familiarity with Bali’s hospitality industry is an advantage.
