Responsibility
- Warmly greet and escort guests to their tables with a professional demeanor.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on ingredients, and offer thoughtful recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and process payments through the POS system.
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure timely and precise order delivery.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization within the dining area.
- Proactively address guest concerns to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Assist in opening and closing restaurant procedures as required.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hospitality or restaurant service role is preferred but not required; positive attitude is key!
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems or a willingness to learn.
- Strong team player with a high level of personal presentation and hygiene.
