Responsibility
- Assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food items are prepared fresh, with high-quality ingredients, and presented attractively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of kitchen hygiene.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and stay updated with industry trends.
- Assist in the development of new menu items and contribute creative ideas to the culinary team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment is preferred but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
