Responsibility
- Perform quality inspections and testing on semiconductor wafers to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Operate and maintain advanced fabrication equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Document and report test results, identifying any deviations or defects for further analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Follow strict safety and cleanroom protocols to maintain a contamination-free environment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of junior technicians, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in semiconductor technology and quality control methodologies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a similar high-precision environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in using testing equipment and interpreting technical data.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
