Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wafer fabrication equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Calibrate and adjust machinery to meet precision manufacturing standards for semiconductor production.
- Monitor equipment performance and document maintenance activities in compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and enhance equipment reliability.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new semiconductor equipment.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and operational staff.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, wafer fabrication, or a similar high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, vacuum technology, and cleanroom protocols.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ISO, SEMI, or other industry standards is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shift-based or on-call schedules as required.
