Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Oversee the five core service areas: Project Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance & Facilities, and Administration.
- Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Optimize resource allocation and workflow processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably in engineering or industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
