Responsibility
- Develop detailed 3D models and technical drawings using Tekla Structures and other CAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure models meet project specifications and standards.
- Review and validate structural designs for accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
- Generate and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, and revisions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on structural modeling and design challenges.
- Optimize models for efficiency, material usage, and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in structural modeling.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Tekla Structures Modeler or similar role in the construction/engineering industry.
- Proficiency in Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, and other relevant CAD software.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working on international or large-scale construction projects is a plus.
