Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for LTA and ACMV projects using Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to integrate M&E and ACMV systems into cohesive 3D models.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, LTA regulations, and project specifications.
- Generate detailed shop drawings, as-built models, and clash detection reports.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve design conflicts and optimize system performance.
- Support project documentation, including BIM execution plans (BEP) and model audits.
- Stay updated on BIM trends, ACMV technologies, and M&E best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, BIM, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a BIM Drafter, ACMV Drafter, or M&E Modeler.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
- Strong understanding of ACMV systems, electrical layouts, and M&E coordination.
- Familiarity with LTA project requirements and local building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid setting.
