Responsibility
- Lead the integration of multidisciplinary railway systems, including signaling, power supply, communications, and rolling stock, to ensure seamless interoperability.
- Coordinate technical interfaces between contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve integration challenges and maintain project timelines.
- Develop and maintain system integration plans, interface control documents (ICDs), and risk registers to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Conduct system-level testing and validation to verify compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve technical conflicts or bottlenecks.
- Provide technical expertise during design reviews, factory acceptance tests (FAT), and site acceptance tests (SAT).
- Support the commissioning phase by troubleshooting integration issues and ensuring smooth handover to operations teams.
- Document lessons learned and best practices to improve future system integration processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in railway systems integration, preferably in metro, light rail, or high-speed rail projects.
- Proven expertise in signaling systems (CBTC, ETCS), power distribution, SCADA, or rolling stock integration.
- Familiarity with international railway standards (e.g., EN 50126, IEC 62278, or local regulations).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues across multiple disciplines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Experience with BIM, CAD, or system modeling tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MATLAB, or DOORS).
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and potentially other regions as needed.
