Responsibility
- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Analyze production workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective measures.
- Develop and maintain standardized work procedures and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to design and improve manufacturing layouts.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize resource allocation and workforce productivity.
- Utilize data analytics tools to monitor performance trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all engineering processes.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and operational staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or specialized software).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
