Responsibility
- Design and conduct research to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with material and equipment vendors to source and implement optimal solutions.
- Solicit and analyze observations from operators and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and best practices.
- Document and maintain process specifications, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process engineering, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
