Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, 5S).
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize workflows and reduce downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations in all operations.
- Document process changes, maintenance activities, and performance metrics for reporting.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Technician, Production Technician, or similar role in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and using diagnostic tools.
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, CNC machines, or automated production systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; strong communication and teamwork skills.
