Responsibility
- Oversee and manage roadworks and bridge construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high construction standards.
- Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and project documentation.
- Resolve on-site engineering challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and site personnel to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roadworks and bridge construction.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
