Responsibility
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for all production equipment, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of all maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend proactive solutions.
- Oversee the repair and troubleshooting of malfunctioning production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory of spare parts, and equipment performance metrics.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance operations.
- Manage the maintenance budget, including cost estimation, vendor negotiations, and procurement of spare parts and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of production machinery, hydraulic systems, pneumatics, and PLCs.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to maintenance planning.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop maintenance staff.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
