Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic facility management plans to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with real estate teams to evaluate and negotiate leases, contracts, and property acquisitions.
- Manage vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality facility services.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead space planning initiatives to support business growth and adapt to evolving operational needs.
- Monitor facility budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Ensure seamless coordination between facilities, logistics, and operational teams to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in facilities management, preferably in the logistics or 3PL industry.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, real estate management, and facility operations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in facility management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, CAFM, or similar).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
