Responsibility
- Lead and manage all engineering operations across multiple properties in Bali, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure upgrades to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for engineering projects, ensuring optimal efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with property managers, contractors, and vendors to coordinate projects and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations, building codes, and environmental sustainability practices.
- Mentor and train engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential risks and implement preventive measures.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting new technologies to improve operational efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in engineering management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within property management or real estate.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certifications in PMP, LEED, or other relevant engineering credentials are a plus.
