Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards for facility operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory of supplies.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or installations when necessary.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and recommend upgrades to improve facility efficiency and sustainability.
- Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute maintenance projects and facility improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in facility maintenance, building management, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general carpentry systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining digital records and communication.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
