Responsibility
- Prepare and validate test readiness procedures to ensure seamless production transitions.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on semiconductor test hardware and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to test processes and hardware failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize test workflows and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for process improvement.
- Document test procedures, maintenance logs, and incident reports with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist in the calibration and configuration of test equipment to meet industry standards.
- Support production teams by providing real-time technical assistance during testing operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor testing, hardware maintenance, or production support (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of test equipment, automation systems, and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to technical challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on precision and quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma is a plus.
