Responsibility
- Develop, debug, and optimize test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed Signal semiconductor products using ATE platforms (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest, LTX-Credence).
- Collaborate with design, process, and product engineering teams to define test requirements and specifications.
- Perform failure analysis and root-cause investigation to improve test coverage and yield.
- Validate and characterize new semiconductor devices to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., JEDEC, AEC-Q).
- Automate test processes and data analysis using Python, C/C++, or LabVIEW to enhance efficiency.
- Generate comprehensive test reports and documentation for internal and customer reviews.
- Support production ramp-up and troubleshoot test-related issues in high-volume manufacturing.
- Stay updated with emerging semiconductor test technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, with hands-on ATE programming (e.g., IG-XL, TestVision, or similar).
- Proven expertise in testing Digital, PMIC, RF, or Mixed Signal ICs.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Perl) and data analysis tools (Excel, JMP, MATLAB).
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) principles.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and yield enhancement techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality management systems is a plus.
