Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on elevator systems, escalators, and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in elevator systems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks and document all service activities, including parts used, labor hours, and system conditions.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to assess service needs, provide technical recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations (e.g., OSHA, local codes) to minimize risks and maintain a secure work environment.
- Install, test, and commission new elevator systems or upgraded components, ensuring they meet design specifications and operational requirements.
- Provide emergency repair services for breakdowns or malfunctions, including after-hours support when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies in elevator systems through continuous training and certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent technical certification).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in elevator service, maintenance, or a similar technical role (cadets with relevant training are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of elevator mechanics, electrical systems, and control panels (e.g., traction, hydraulic, gearless systems).
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and software for troubleshooting and system analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel to client sites across Bali.
- Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA, ANSI) and local building codes.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
