Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support to production teams, addressing equipment-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify and resolve technical challenges in the production process.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to proactively identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new production machinery and systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and technical documentation.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in production maintenance, technical support, or a similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards in a production setting.
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance techniques to enhance equipment reliability.
- Familiarity with AWS (Annual Wage Supplement) and variable bonus structures is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to document technical processes and procedures clearly.
