Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, robotic arms, and automated assembly systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues using diagnostic tools and schematics.
- Calibrate and adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement equipment upgrades and automation enhancements.
- Document maintenance activities, downtime incidents, and repair histories in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) and PPE requirements.
- Train operators on basic equipment troubleshooting and safety procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce equipment failures and improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, automation, or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs, and industrial automation systems.
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of production machinery.
- Familiarity with CMMS software and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
