Responsibility
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide Vulnerability Management and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and analyze security alerts, incidents, and trends to proactively address potential threats.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Design and deliver security awareness training programs for employees and stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain security tools and technologies, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
- Provide expert guidance on security best practices and emerging threats to senior management.
- Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, and recovery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Vulnerability Management, DLP, or a similar cybersecurity role.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or GIAC are highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
- Experience with security tools such as Nessus, Qualys, Tenable, or Rapid7.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
