Responsibility
- Technical Deployment Leadership: Own end-to-end deployment of Google Ads products for large-scale enterprise clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption.
- Custom Solution Design: Develop and implement tailored technical solutions to meet unique client requirements, optimizing performance and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align deployment strategies with business objectives and technical constraints.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance system efficiency.
- Client Training & Enablement: Educate customers and internal stakeholders on best practices for Google Ads tools, APIs, and integration workflows.
- Automation & Tooling: Build scripts, tools, or workflows to streamline repetitive deployment tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze deployment metrics, providing data-driven insights to clients and leadership.
- Innovation & Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to influence future product roadmaps and Google’s technical offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of experience in software deployment, systems engineering, or technical consulting, preferably in ad tech, cloud services, or enterprise SaaS.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash) and API integrations (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of debugging complex technical systems in production environments.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive audiences.
- Familiarity with Google Ads (or similar ad platforms) and digital marketing ecosystems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating across global time zones.
