Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Anaplan models tailored to the insurance sector, ensuring scalability and accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Anaplan solutions.
- Optimize existing Anaplan models to improve performance, usability, and integration with other financial systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of models to ensure data integrity and alignment with business objectives.
- Provide training and support to end-users, enabling them to leverage Anaplan effectively for financial planning and analysis.
- Stay updated on Anaplan best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Document model designs, processes, and user guides to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.
- Work closely with actuarial, finance, and IT teams to align Anaplan models with broader organizational strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or similar role, with a focus on financial modeling or insurance sector projects.
- Strong proficiency in Anaplan, including model building, data integration, and dashboard creation.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts, such as forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Experience with insurance operations, actuarial science, or risk management is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization) and familiarity with SQL or other data query tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
