Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital transformation solutions for clients across industries.
- Assist in the deployment of cloud-based platforms, AI/ML integrations, and automation tools to optimize business processes.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for system improvements, scalability, and performance enhancements.
- Support the configuration and customization of enterprise software solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms) to meet client requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, debug code, and ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.
- Document project deliverables, including technical specifications, user guides, and implementation roadmaps.
- Participate in client workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and align solutions with business goals.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain, IoT, cybersecurity) and industry trends to drive innovation in project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in tech consulting, software implementation, or digital transformation projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) and scripting (e.g., SQL, Bash).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with enterprise software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle) or API integrations is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
