Join Techdirect as a Cybersecurity Project Manager and lead our mission to strengthen digital security across all initiatives. Based in the vibrant hub of Canggu, Bali, you will oversee cybersecurity governance, executive reporting, and risk management while ensuring compliance with the CSA Cyber Trust Mark standards. Responsibility
- Lead and manage cybersecurity governance frameworks to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deliver executive-level reports on security posture, risks, and compliance status.
- Oversee risk management processes, including threat assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response planning.
- Ensure compliance with the CSA Cyber Trust Mark and other relevant security certifications.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security measures into project lifecycles.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Drive awareness and training programs to foster a culture of security across the organization.
- Manage third-party security vendors and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001) are a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in cybersecurity project management, governance, or risk management.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CSA Cyber Trust Mark).
- Experience in executive reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and incident response protocols.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
