Responsibility
- Configure and customize Oracle's standard software systems to meet client-specific business requirements
- Develop and implement software solutions that enhance application functionality and user experience
- Collaborate with business analysts and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal system performance
- Create and maintain technical documentation for configured solutions and customizations
- Participate in system testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities
- Stay current with Oracle product updates and new features to recommend improvements
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and end-users
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in software development or application configuration
- Experience with Oracle applications (ERP, HCM, CX) or similar enterprise software
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, PL/SQL, or JavaScript
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Experience with cloud technologies and SaaS applications is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
