Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of process automation projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, and risk management plans using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define automation requirements and success metrics.
- Identify and implement RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and workflow automation tools to streamline business processes.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analyses to justify automation investments.
- Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (PMBOK, ITIL) and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- PMP certification is mandatory; additional certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Six Sigma, RPA) are a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in process automation.
- Proven expertise in RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, AA) and workflow platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier).
- Strong understanding of business process modeling (BPMN) and process optimization techniques.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello) and data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a hybrid/remote setup with occasional travel to client sites.
