Responsibility
- Operate and calibrate production test equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose defects in electronic or electrical products, implementing corrective actions to restore functionality.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on test equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and analyze test performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to resolve technical issues and enhance product reliability.
- Document test results, failures, and solutions in detailed reports for continuous process improvement.
- Assist in the development and validation of new test procedures and methodologies.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards in all operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of electronic circuits, testing methodologies, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, automated test systems) is a plus.
- Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, C++, or LabVIEW) are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies quickly.
