Responsibility
- Perform production testing and validation of RF and PCB assembly (PCA) modules for VSAT communication systems.
- Conduct functional and performance tests on RF components to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in RF circuits, antennas, and related hardware.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to refine test procedures and improve product reliability.
- Document test results, generate reports, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Operate and maintain RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all testing activities.
- Support the development of automated test scripts to enhance efficiency in production testing.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in RF testing, PCB assembly, or VSAT communication systems.
- Proficiency in using RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators).
- Strong understanding of RF principles, signal propagation, and modulation techniques.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing RF circuits and PCB assemblies.
- Familiarity with VSAT systems and satellite communication technologies is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, test procedures, and engineering documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
