Responsibility
- Assist in the management and optimization of e-commerce platforms and digital operations.
- Support the implementation of AI-driven tools to enhance business processes and decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for business operations.
- Assist in the coordination of projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct market research to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in AI, digital operations, and e-commerce with a proactive learning mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of AI applications in business is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
