Responsibility
- Design, configure, and implement SAP solutions to support business operations, with a focus on modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP FI/CO, and SAP PP.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend SAP-based solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Lead the integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications, ensuring data consistency, security, and performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user manuals.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower end-users with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize SAP tools.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Participate in global projects and initiatives, contributing to the company’s strategic goals and expansion plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven expertise in at least two SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI/CO, PP, SD) with hands-on experience in system integration and customization.
- Certification in SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and global team environment.
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia, or work remotely with occasional travel as required.
