Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures to extract and analyze data from various sources.
- Create and automate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and trends.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
- Optimize database performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks in SQL queries and data processes.
- Document data processes, reporting methodologies, and technical specifications for future reference.
- Support data governance initiatives by adhering to best practices in data management and security.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data management and analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role, with a strong focus on SQL.
- Proficiency in SQL, including complex query writing, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and metadata management principles is a plus.
