Responsibility
- Develop and deploy GoHighLevel automation workflows to streamline client onboarding, follow-ups, and lead management.
- Configure and optimize CRM pipelines, email sequences, and SMS campaigns within GHL.
- Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and refine processes for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation strategies with business goals.
- Create and maintain custom dashboards and reports to track KPIs and client engagement metrics.
- Train clients or internal stakeholders on GHL features and best practices for automation.
- Stay updated with GHL updates and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all automated systems and integrations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, with a focus on GoHighLevel (GHL) or comparable automation tools (e.g., Zapier, ActiveCampaign).
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales funnels, and lead generation processes.
- Proficiency in setting up email marketing campaigns, SMS automation, and workflow triggers.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify automation opportunities.
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with API integrations and third-party tool connections (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace) is a plus.
