Responsibility
- Lead and oversee global payment operations, ensuring seamless transaction processing and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Drive operational change initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and risk management, to implement scalable payment solutions.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize payment workflows, fraud detection, and reconciliation processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven improvements to operational performance.
- Ensure adherence to global payment regulations, including AML, KYC, and PCI-DSS standards.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Act as a key stakeholder in digital transformation projects, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance payment operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in payment operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements in a global financial services environment.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with digital payment technologies, blockchain, or fintech innovations is highly desirable.
