Responsibility
- Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to senior management and stakeholders.
- Oversee all accounting, treasury, taxation, and budgeting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to support business decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Optimize cash flow management and investment strategies to enhance financial stability.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
