Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to align with company goals and drive long-term growth.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks.
- Analyze financial data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage tax planning, audits, and relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
- Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and optimize financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions with financial expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting for multinational or fast-growing companies.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and financial compliance in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Excel, and financial modeling tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Experience working in remote or hybrid environments is highly desirable.
