Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies for Hospital Picasoâs services and corporate development initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory requirements to ensure competitive and compliant pricing structures.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and senior leadership to align pricing strategies with business goals and financial targets.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess the impact of pricing decisions on revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and evaluate pricing performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Support corporate development assignments by providing pricing expertise for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key pricing insights and strategic recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in healthcare pricing.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pricing strategy, financial analysis, or corporate finance, preferably in the healthcare or hospital sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and pricing tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Experience with healthcare pricing regulations and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a track record of driving financial performance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
