Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals and growth objectives.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax planning, and internal audits, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international standards.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team, including investment analysis, cost optimization, and capital structure management.
- Drive financial risk management by identifying potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring robust internal controls.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies, to maintain strong relationships and ensure compliance.
- Spearhead financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, and present insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or CMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a Director or CFO capacity.
- Proven track record of managing financial operations for multinational companies or large-scale organizations, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced financial modeling tools.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
