Responsibility

  • Register, prepare, and manage all letters, memos, and documents related to Collection & Asset Recovery processes.
  • Process and reconcile payments accurately, ensuring timely and error-free transactions.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all collection activities, including customer interactions and payment histories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and track overdue accounts, initiating follow-up actions as required to minimize financial losses.
  • Generate regular reports on collection activities, payment statuses, and recovery metrics for management review.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in collections, accounts receivable, or financial operations, preferably in the banking or fintech sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with financial or collection software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and collection practices is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
