Responsibility

  • Process and verify billing transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes promptly, providing clear and professional communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and customer service, to streamline billing processes.
  • Generate and distribute invoices, statements, and financial reports to clients in a timely manner.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments with tact and professionalism.

Qualifications
