Responsibility
- Process and verify billing transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes promptly, providing clear and professional communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, and customer service, to streamline billing processes.
- Generate and distribute invoices, statements, and financial reports to clients in a timely manner.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments with tact and professionalism.
- Maintain up-to-date records of billing activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in billing and customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or customer service roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting deadlines and performance metrics.
- Experience in a global or multicultural work environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
