Responsibility
- Lead and oversee daily finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Manage and optimize financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Spearhead strategic financial projects, such as process automation, cost optimization, and risk management initiatives.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to financial and tax obligations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls within a multinational or complex organizational structure.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and local tax regulations, with experience in compliance and audit processes.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial software tools.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
