Responsibility
- Coordinate the recruitment, onboarding, and training of volunteers for healthcare programs.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to retain and motivate volunteers.
- Manage volunteer schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to align volunteer support with organizational goals.
- Organize orientation sessions, workshops, and recognition events for volunteers.
- Maintain accurate records of volunteer participation, hours, and feedback.
- Address volunteer inquiries, concerns, and conflicts with professionalism and empathy.
- Prepare reports on volunteer program metrics and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in volunteer management, HR, or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.

- Familiarity with healthcare, non-profit, or community service sectors is a plus.
