Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume IT and CS roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct salary negotiations and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in high-volume IT recruitment or technical hiring.
- Strong understanding of IT and CS roles, including software development, data science, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-focused mindset.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid team is a plus.
