Responsibility

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on strategic recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-impact roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
