As the HR & Payroll Manager, you will oversee payroll processing, tax compliance, and HR administration, ensuring seamless operations between our US headquarters and Philippines team. You will work closely with US-based leadership to align HR practices with company policies and local regulations.

Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Philippines-based employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with US-based HR and finance teams to align payroll and HR processes.
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping in compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports, tax filings, and other regulatory documentation.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee data and payroll records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in HR and payroll management, preferably in a multinational or US-affiliated company.
- Strong knowledge of Philippines labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll processing.
- Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Certification in HR or payroll (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
